Hi, I’m Sneha Belani — a fitness and strength coach exclusively for cabin crew and pilots. Before becoming a coach, I served as cabin crew with Air India for over 20 years. I understand the aviation lifestyle firsthand — long-haul flights, unpredictable rosters, hotel food, jet lag, medical checks, and the constant pressure to look sharp in uniform.

Throughout my flying career, I stayed fit, energetic, and confident — not because I had more time, but because I followed a structured system designed for this lifestyle. That system evolved into what I now call the Jet Set Shred Method.

My approach focuses on sustainable fat loss, strength building, hormonal balance, and long-term health — without extreme dieting or unrealistic workout routines. I believe aviation professionals need a smarter strategy, not more stress.
