Hi, I’m Sneha Belani — a strength and fat loss coach dedicated to helping women 35+ eliminate stubborn belly fat, build strength, and regain confidence in their bodies.

Before becoming a coach, I spent over 20 years as cabin crew with Air India, working in one of the most demanding lifestyles imaginable — irregular schedules, long work hours, travel, social commitments, and constant pressure to look sharp and stay energetic.

Like many women after 35, I saw how the body begins to change — metabolism slows down, belly fat appears suddenly, energy drops, and the same fitness routines that once worked stop delivering results.

Instead of following extreme diets or exhausting workout trends, I focused on understanding how women’s bodies actually change after 35 — including hormonal shifts, lifestyle stress, and fat-gain triggers.

Through years of personal experience and coaching hundreds of women, I developed a structured approach called the Midlife Fitness Method.
